I have what I think is just a burst blood vessel in my eye, with half the white part a rather alarming blood red. I think it's nothing to worry about but various people have said I should go to the doctor. Has anyone else had this? There was no obvious cause. I just woke up with it a few days ago and it's spread a bit since then.
