Health anxiety

I've suffered with this for years and I just noticed that on the nhs website it says health anxiety (hypochondria)
I was most put out that it was called this. Hypochondria isn't taken seriously and it's hard enough as it is having health anxiety without being told you're a hypochondriac. Sorry to rant! 😬
I worry about my kids all the time.
Hate it
