Thyroid and overactive bladder problem

I have been having trouble wetting myself (getting to toilet in time) for past 4 months or so... Before that I had cystitis and or UTIs which I had to get antibiotics for. Last GP said I had no bacteria and gave me a leaflet which said to try kegels, avoid caffeine etc. have done this to no avail.

However I have an underactive thyroid and on 100mcg levothyroxine and my urine problem can be a symptom and I also found out my GP should have told me with my thyroid to drink more water (they didn't).

Does anyone have any ideas what to do etc? Made an appointment for next week and do have bupa for specialist if need be.

Where did you get the information that you need to drink more water and why for your thyroid?
