Vitamin E: can you really take too much?

Just a quick question: I take a multivitamin which contains 12mg, it says that is 100%RDA. I would also like to take an evening primrose oil vitamin that contains 10mg. Would that be OK? The NHS website says women only need 3mg a day. Can anyone please advise?

Boots sell capsules of Vitamin E at 536mg or 4467% of your RDA. Assuming they couldnt sell them if it wasnt safe to take that much and also assuming that 22mg is ok in your case.
