Does anyone know of a child who has got botulism from honey?

Dd is 14mths... I know that is over the age that children shouldn't have honey but I was just wondering... It just seems so far fetched to me!

BTW - christmas name gone - have come over all continental! bb xx

I think it's very rare. It's one of those "it happened twice" sort of rules, afaik.
