Could this medication delay a period?

I'm using Ovestin cream and have been for about 4-5 weeks. My period is six days late. Zero chance of being pregnant (I'm old and DH has been snipped). Is there any chance the cream could be stopping it? .

DH has just said, " well we've still got the pram and the cot." .

Needy bump in the hope that someone knows. The leaflet doesn't say it is possible.

I have an unrelated scan next week. Fuck knows if I see a baby .
