menstrual breast changes

Every month during my cycle I get one swollen (left) breast.

Is this something to worry about? I'm 23 but I suffer with health anxiety and I avoid going to the GP at all costs.

Perfectly normal to experience changes in breast tissue during different stages of your cycle.

I would recommend keeping a diary of dates and how it felt, but don't check yourself too often as they do change so much.
