I've just got out of the shower and notice a rash on my left boob. Tiny red pin pricks, not itchy or painful, and probably about the size of my palm extending from areola upwards. Only slightly raised, barely.
There could possibly be something similar but very small and faint on right boob.
Only thing that's changed recently is that I've been free-boobing and haven't worn a bra in two days. Is this my breasts rebelling? Do they long to be in their dark and shadowy cave?
