Last year I went to the doctor with fatigue and seeing black floaters. I had blood tests for anaemia and thyroid etc and came back fine. Doctor suggested sinus so I took some spray. Seemed to work for a short while.

The fatigue and floaters have come back, I constantly feel tired, my brain feels foggy. Just a general lack of get up and go! My son has commented that I am always tired, which I hate but I come in from work have a cup of tea and just plonk myself somewhere. Some days I end up just needing to go to bed and sleep for an hour -more if I could! And if I don't I am counting down the hours until I can get to bed. I am getting sharp pains around ovulation also.
I get roughly 8-9 hours sleep but never feel refreshed. My diet is pretty good and well balanced.
Is it worth going back to the doctor?

Marking my place whilst waiting for the blood tests to come back. My get up and go has certainly got up and gone Sad

It's horrible, I am only 30 and surely I shouldn't be feeling this tired?!?!

I could be worth asking to have a retest and test for anything else. Eg vit d, b12, ferritin (iron store). Thyroid can progress slowly and you might have tipped into the red zone so to speak.
