So I'm 5 weeks pregnant and for the past year I have had awful nose problems where it will constantly block up and I have to keep using a spray that contains either xylometazoline or oxymetazoline. Since finding out I'm pregnant I've reduced the use of these sprays as much as possible but absolutely nothing works! I've made my own saline nasal spray but again, that doesn't work. Does anyone know of anything I can use at this stage in my pregnancy?? Thank you!
