Hello all
This is actually about my DH. For as long as I have known him, his sleep has been quite poor. He has no problem falling asleep but then will wake up around 1-2am and not fall asleep again until around 5 or 6am. So he doesn't get much actual sleep. There is a certain amount of stress involved in his job but even during the quiet times his sleep is not great.
Any suggestions? He is not keen on "natural" remedies, or sleeping tablets.
