My daughter has been diagnosed with LS. After years of treatment for constipation it turns out LS is the cause of her discomfort when using the loo. Does anyone have any hints and tips on care of the skin? Can she still go swimming? I've read that aqueous cream doesn't help yet doctor suggested that for washing and to moisturise with. Feeling very overwhelmed and my daughter just cries at toilet time due to discomfort and the thought of having this condition. ANY ADVICE to help make this more bearable would be greatly appreciated. Btw her LS doesn't seem to be too itchy.. Should I still use steroid cream?????
