Ds's is on his leg and is not being treated. Dr said that it was harmless and self limiting so not to worry about it. Easier said that done I guess in your Dh's case! Sorry not be be any help.

It's really rare apparently. I have a friend who is a GP and she was very excited when I told her that DS had it as she'd never seen it before!
