rash behind ears, on face and neck on ds1 (4)

staarted behind his ears before te time anf when he went to bed it was spereading down his face and onto his next

tbh it looks like prickly heat - raised, slightly pink. done the usual rash checks. he does not seem hot though i have not taken his temp
he seems well in himself
can i confindently leave this til tomorrow while keeping an eyeon him ?
been on nhs direct already

I put a thread on a few days ago here - DS has something similar just on his cheeks. It seems to be more noticable in the evenings but sounds like your description

OK in himself - apart from getting over a cough/cold.
