Ladies, do any of your children suffer from growing pains? Well, my DD has for almost 10 years. Night time pains probably every one or two weeks. We've coped with it by administering a half disprol tablet and it usually goes away after 5 minutes. Well, the doctor recommended 500iu vitamin D3 and I've found it in tasty chewable tablets that she loves. It's early days - only 6 weeks but she hasn't had one growing pain since. What a revelation! To actually find something that works - I feel the need to share. Don't know if it's common knowledge that D3 helps this - the way the doctor spoke about it was as if it's early days.
