Yes as long as she doesnt have a high temperature. My DS had a cold for his last jab and all was fine. I still gave the usual calpol just incase but would have done that with or without the cold.

i thought it was just if they had a high temperature. maybe you should ask your friend whY?

I let my ds have his 1st lot when he had just started with a cold (checked his temp which was fine), that night ended up on the children's ward with listless baby with very high temp (very scary) and my ds was ok with his 2nd and 3rd lotsv therefore must have been down to him having the cold.

Obviously what i am saying is wait, i wish i had waited, very frightening at the time.

dd2 has had the cold for a week.. its mainly just sneezing and sounds snuffly... is fine in herself, smiling away, feeding normally, no temp, no rattle/wheeze in her chest. Dont want it delayed if its not necessary.

Personally, I'd delay it. A cold means the immune system is weakened regardless of how severe the cold is. I don't think its a good idea to give vaccinations when the immune system is weak - just my opinion.
