cranberry juice, anything with vit c.

I think if you phone your local police station they'll tell you which local chemists are open today, or do you have a local paper still around - sometimes its in there.

poor soul! I hope you get something and feel better soon!

PS just a thought, are there any big supermarkets near you with a chemist attatched?

I know you're not supposed to take essential oils internally but this was passed on via a french aromatherapist.

1 drop of juniper, one drop of geranium in a teaspoon of honey mixed into hot water and drunk...tastes foul but clears it up quick.

OK, this is gross, but trust me it works.

Drink as much as you possibly can.

Run a very hot bath.

Sit un the bath and when you need to, do a pee in the water (I know it is gross!). Keep drinking and peeing for as long as you can, then have a new, clean bath!

It does help

cranberry juice is helpful because it helps to stop the bacteria sticking to the lining of the urinary tract.

This website should tell you if chemist near you is open : pharmacy (if it works - not very good at links!)

Pearl barley is good too. Try a sort of risotto if you have any. And as much rest as you can get. I do feel for you I used to suffer terribly with Cystitis but haven't for many years - cutting back on caffeine seemed to stop the attacks.
