Ok so!
I'm constantly bloated, have acid reflux etc.
I won't lie, my diet is not great. I am naturally slim. But actually my diet is dire.
So ... I need this to change & I need it to change PRONTO!
Small steps to start with I know... But can anyone recommend what you would eat/drink Breakfast / lunch /dinner / snacks to just get my zest for a health back.
My diet is effecting everything, I don't sleep, I'm moody, bloated, acid reflux .... I'm a walking toxic time bomb!
