Dd age 18 is having some trouble with recurring oral thrush and severely fungal-infected toenails. She's also recently become mildly depressed (confirmed by Dr). She's 3 weeks into terbinafine but the oral thrush is still there and her toenails are still just as bad. The toenails have been riddled with infection for two years and we've been fobbed off with topical treatments that don't work. She's also had a course of topical antifungal drops for her oral thrush, but it's even flared up on the terbinafine. I'm concerned that there's a systemic infection that is causing the depression too. Any experiences or thoughts welcome, thanks
