Spotting after panic attack

so i have only just finished my period 4 days ago, yesterday i had a big panic attack about an hour before i went to bed, this morning ive woken up and after i wiped there was a spot of pinky blood, nothing all day and just been again and its like a light brown now, do you think this was due to the panic attack i had last night?

Any bleeding between periods should be investigated.
That being said it's probably nothing ! - it certainly doesn't sound heavy or prolonged.

I wouldn't of thought so,well it's never happened to me after a panic attack. I do have spotting thought because of my polycystic ovaries

after a panic attack i feel freezing cold and start shaking uncontrollably, so i guess thats why i thought ive probably done it to myself with the shaking
