I think my best mate is having, or has had a nervous breakdown.

She threw herself in front of a car on christmas eve and I've just had to pin her down from tearing her hair owt.

She has now taken her son to her mothers and I'm worried what she is going to next as she has a volatile relationship with her parents.

I wanted to go with her, but can't as i am home on my own with dd1 and dd2 for a while.

Been trying to get through to nhs direct and no joy just trying to get through to local hospital mental health team.

He knows she is vulnerable, and knows what to do and say so that she loses it, he is always playing with her feelings.

Since I've known him, he has always physically, mentally and emotionally controlled her.

Luckily, she has gone for voluntary admission. I'll be sat by the phone now until i hear something
