Last birth 8 years ago & had usual stitching, all healed well.
Never been able to completely shift piles though & I thought this was the problem when I started bleeding after bowel movement but checking with a mirror I have two little holes on my perinium & blood definitely coming from there as when I dab it with a tissue I can see its there. Piles also that side rather than at the back which is a new one.
Wtf is going on, anyone had this?
