abroad and 2 year old vomiting...

Suspect it was a reaction to last nights meal followed by maybe too much orange juice.
She is quite hot and clammy but I wouldn't say fully feverish.
Taking small sips of water.
Going to monitor this morning and if no better we will find a doctor at lunchtime.
But in the meantime is it worth giving a calpol dose to ease the temperature and general grumpiness or better to stick to water and not irritate her stomach further with a dose of medicine?
Appreciate any replies... x

Just keep going with the water. If you can make some rehydration fluid (1 litre boiled water, 1 handful sugar, 1 teaspoon salt) that would be even better. Just a little at a time - literally a teaspoon of fluid every 5 minutes

just realised i never came back to thankyou on this - we ended up at the doctors anyway as she couldn't even keep water down but are finally on the mend...
