I need to overhaul my diet, fitness, and general well-being (inc. mental outlook.) Can anyone recommend any books?

no...but if i can suggest you having reiki? really good , IME, when you are feeling out of sorts, physically, mentally & spiritually, and need sort of putting back together......

Funnily enough I've been thinking of being asttuned or whatever they call it, mainly so I can help the dcs when they are unwell or out of sorts. There's a mum at dd1's school who is a Master and I think I will have a word with her in the New Year.

Thanks for the suggestion!

reiki is fab..have had my chakras realigned ( sounds daft when you write it down....!) but i always walk taller, sleep better, and feel better afterwards......and if that is the case, who cares how it works!

Totally agree, it doesn't matter what you call it, healing is healing!

I'd still be interested in books though if anyone can help?
