Dental pain relief while bf?

Hi,

I am due a root canal and my temporary filling fell out! I can't get into my dentist for another week and am in so much pain!

Can anyone recommend anything I can take for pain whilst bf? Paracetamol has zero effect lol!

Thanks for any advice!

sensodyne rubbed into it may help temporarily, nurofen with codeine really helps but not sure if you can take that whilst bf
