so fed up with these bloody colds.......

as a month ago i caught a cold and i was slowly getting better....then last week caught the flu..god i was so ill as nearly fainted about 5 times as couldnt stand up for more than a minute before nearly passing out, had a high temp too and had a bad water infection was VERY dyhrated

now.....im full of cold since Wed and feeling like shit as cannot smile without hurting my poor nose!

know how you feel been a constant cold/viral infection/chest infection in our house for the past 2mths..cant seem to shift it instead just pass it from one to the other..hope you feel better soon.

Poor you Biglips. I had the flu jab so i should be safe from that but im getting one cold after another.My nose hasn't recovered from the last one now i feel like another one is here.

Top yourself up with some vitamin C and get some echinecea (sp?) from the health food shops, to top up your immune system. Poor you!

now ive got a bbbbaaddd ass cough as its on my chest now - ive taken cough med and a hot toddy and also a hot bath!

will that mean ill be much better tmrw!! (please im begging ya!!)
