Jangly! What's causing it?

So I had breakfast this morning, around 8.30am, yoghurt, blueberries and granola, with a proper machine made coffee.

Was a wee bit peckish just now and had a toasted pancake with a spreading of Nutella, and a Nescafé packet (powdered) latte, and now feeling jangly and jittery. Is it the coffee? The sugar? I would say I feel like this every day, give or take. I eat the same breakfast every day and drink caffeinated coffee, probably 2 cups daily. Any ideas?
