low creatine bloods

Have this regulary, does anyone know what this means?

Anyone any ideas?

Mine seem to be permanently low (monthly blood tests for arthritis drugs) nobody has ever got excited one particularly on the ball gp tested my thyroid function because it can be a sign if thyroid out of whack but nothing ever came of that.
