Breast reduction recovery time

What would be a reasonable or suggested recovery time from this surgery? Need to have some idea how much holiday leave to book.

What are the downsides to take account of?

I am booked for surgery and have been told to take 3 weeks off work - the surgeon is providing me with a sick note.
