I've wet the bed

I've just woken to find that I've wet the bed . I'm worried - my stomach looks\feels bloated.

Any ideas?

I am menopausal. I hope it's just a UTI - I do feel v bloated but not other symptoms. I'll go to the GP in the morning. Thanks
