Muscle twitches

I've got the most annoying occasional twitch in my right upper arm. I've had eye twitches before and put that down to tiredness stress etc but this occurs when I've got up in the morning and when at rest, not feeling stressed. Any ideas?

My eyebrow will not stop twitching now.
