If someone has had very sore bones for six months and they are in their early thirties, is it just a normal ageing thing or is there a problem? The pain can cause gasping and shock when moving. It's worse when it's cold. It's also been worse since having to bend up and down and kneel up and down on a daily basis every day for six months. Sometimes walking helps, sometimes it makes it worse. Average weight although could
stand to lose a few pounds, healthy diet, drinks too much alcohol (not an alcoholic), stressful job, heavy gym user up until six months ago, now walking several times daily but not accessing gym and doing nowhere near the same physical exercise in one stint but doing more exhausting things throughout the day, history of eating disorders (anorexia for about 10 years). Am I just ageing or have I damaged my body or do I have a problem? If I went to the doctor what would I even say? And I can't take my clothes off in front of them. I was going to name change but what's the point. Any ideas? Feel very old.
