What is the quickest way to get rid!? Im going insane with the itching.
Or how to relieve it a bit atleast.
Pretty sure I bought this upon myself drinking a big bottle of Pepsi daily the past two weeks

You could also get some relief using natural yoghurt.

I've not had thrush in over two decades but for a period of time I did and found the yoghurt to be miraculous.
