dh has groin pain what can it be?

Been bothering him for a few days but today its really bad.

He hasn't done ANY exercise so its can't be a strain.

My dh gets this when he's had a cold/flu or before.
The rest of him can be ok but those bits ache alot. Or so he tells me.
He also gets it when he has a Gout attack.

mmm he has had a bit of a sore throat so it could be a gland i guess.

Are his glands swollen? (I mean the glands in his pelvis rather than, well y'know...
It can happen if they've got a viral infection/coming down with flu etc.

dh's kidney stone pain started like that then specifically in his testicle.

ohhh wonderful that's all I need him poorly with something else - great stuff.
