I often suffer with very low mood thanks to fluctuating hormones (I'm perimenopausal). When I am feeling really low I feel like I have to be in very strong day light, or if indoors I feel much better having lots of artificial light around me.
This need to be exposed to lots of light is really strong. I'm wondering if my body is trying to tell me I am Vit D3 deficient?
I would like to take a high dose vit D3 but not sure how much I should take?
