Pharmacy given me wrong medication...Anyone know about calcium medication?

I usually take one alpha 1mcg every night but just opened my latest prescription bag and I've been given adcal d3. Is this a similar thing? Will it suffice til I can get back to pharmacy? My parathyroid went on strike after thyroidectomy and my calcium drops quite rapidly without and it's a God awful feeling!

There's calcium in Adcal as well as vitamin D, so it will help, but you need your proper meds.

I've spoken to them they said they have made a mistake and will re issue a prescription for the correct ones.
