New mole under arm. Itchy

I know I know.
It looks like a ting spots turns out it's a tiny bobble mole. Do moles itch when new?

No bleeding or anything. Barely visible. Doctors right?

artishan is ok, nothing is perfect. One is in the skin folds (crook) of my neck. Nothing helps there.
