I have nerve damage to the lower half of my body (cauda equina) and I've been recommended for a otto my gait system anyone have one it's a electro stimulation that helps foot drop.

I haven't got any experience, but I've seen those in the newsletter of a prosthetics/orthotics clinic that I had an assessment at and they look amazing.
Hopefully someone with proper experience will come along!
