Does anyone know how to use a tens machine for sciatica?

I don't think I'm doing it right. I keep trying different places and nothing is helping. I'm in extreme agony and crying my eyes out. I swear if an animal was in this amount of pain it'd be considered cruel for leaving them to suffer.

I use a TENS machine for back pain and find it incredibly helpful. I'm not convinced that Tens will work for sciatica though. Have you tried putting the Tens on your spine over where the nerve is causing the problem?

Is there a treatment plan in place for your sciatica?

What painkillers have you taken?
