I had been very happy not to have had any periods since the birth of dd 7 months ago. I started Cerazette 6 weeks post-partum and thought it was great. I stopped breastfeeding about a month ago and still no af but today I had a strange feeling in my tummy and thought "feels just like a period pain, but it can't be because I don't get periods now" went to the loo and unfortunately it seems like af is back .
