Basically - just that!
In the last two months I have noticed a marked increase in gas.
Not particularly whiffy but can be noisy - what do I do???

Apparently you lose 65 calories with every fart so you should get slim. Sorry I am being helpful but it made me giggle when I read that on Facebook. :)

Just note down what you eat. For me, it's bread. And popcorn. In pregnancy it was broccoli. You might be intolerant of one type of food.

Thanks - it's just a bit weird after being fine for so long.
Grapes was my problem in pregnancy!
Loving the 65 calories Grin

You can get charcoal tablets to help.

ArabellaRockerfella · 05/12/2015 18:00

Yes keep a food diary, for a least a month, there must be a dietary cause.
I've heard that probiotics can help.
My stomach has become a lot less tolerant over the years and the list of foods that give me problems is steadily growing! [:(]

I sympathise because I suffer in exactly the same way! It's definitely to do with the foods you eat so keeping a diary is very good advice and logging the symptoms. I find that cutting out wheat, gluten and dairy do help and I take acidophils on a daily basis. Herbal teas help to calm the gut too. Hope that helps!

if there are other abdominal symptoms, get checked as it may not be due to food.
