Bloody shot eye no pain

I've had a blood shot eye for a few days now, just one eye. It's not painful, but with the cold weather it is watery first thing in the morning when I go out. It has been watery for a few winters now.

Should I be worried about the blood shot part? It's just one eye.

I get these sometimes. It's called a subconjunctival haemorrhage and it's nothing to worry about. Here is a leaflet about it.

For me the blood clears gradually over a week or two.
