low abdominal pain, cysts???

Has anyone experience lower abdominal pain mainly get occasional stabbing pain on right side. Constantly feeling sick but not being sick. Late period but negative tests. Had a light bleed about 6 weeks ago. Can't work out what's going ?? come off pill 2-3 months ago

Had a scan 4-5 months ago as having lots of pain when had coil in so they wanted to check before they removed it. Was told had a cyst or 2. Can they multiply that quickly?
