Hi
Does anyone know if having Manuka honey daily will affect the inflammation markers in an ESR blood test?
Thanks Smile

there's no evidence that the chemicals in honey of any kind do anything. Just suggestions from small studies.

it would be nice if it does have antibacterial properties but there's no reliable evidence.

you are just eating a spoonful of sugar a day and I can't see how that would affect a bloodtest.
