Feeling dizzy and sick

I have recently started to feel faint dizzy and also get. The sensation that I will pass out but never do. This only happens when I go to lay down. I don't know what it could be as I have been to hospital and they did blood tests a and found nothing. Any advice much appreciated .

Vertigo perhaps? Did they check your ears?

Sounds like positional vertigo. I suffer from it, can't lie completely flat or on my left side (dentist chair is fun!) .

I manage mine by avoiding the above but there is something called the Epley Manoeuvre that can be some by a specialist. I've never dared in case it makes it worse ,
