Hello, I wondered if anyone has any experience of having Zoladex injections, and how long the effects start to wear off once the injections have stopped?
I have been on Zoladex for 6 months as part of treatment for endometriosis, which concluded with a laparoscopic excision 3 weeks ago.
My last injection was 5 weeks ago, so in theory my ovaries should be starting to 'wake up' any day now. So far my menopausal symptoms have not abated, and no sign of a period.
I'm probably over thinking it, but I'm not sure what to expect. If anyone would be willing to share their experiences I'd be so grateful.
