I'll try to keep this brief, basically I have a dry socket following tooth extraction and stitches along my gums and cheek, it got badly infected and I've been given some antibiotics.
These particular antibiotics make you sick if taken on an empty stomach (I've had them before and they're horrible but do the job) and they to say to take them with or immediately after a meal.
What can I eat that's a) soft b) filling and counts as a meal? I've run out of ideas as I don't really eat meals apart from dinner 
(I know I know very bad for me)
Please help!
