Sticky poo

Tmi... Since having a baby a month ago my poo is sticky and leaves an awful mess on the toilet bowl. Yuk to clean and also presumably a sign of something? Can only find faintly quacky suggestions online. Any thoughts?

Did you have gallstones or gallbladder pain in pregnancy? Or any antibiotics? It might be worth running a course of probiotics and seeing if it helps.

Have you been on iron tablets? That can do it.

Drinking lots. No iron tablets.

Have just had course of antibiotics for sinusitis. Sorry to be dense - what do you mean run a course of probiotics?

Not that I know of re gallbladder? How would I know?

Antibiotics messing with your gut flora may be at the root of this. Activia is your friend with plenty of fibrous food.
