Okay, so for the past three weeks ish I have been feeling a little ?off?. I?ve had one occasion of being sick/upset stomach which I put down to a bug, but since then I have not feel totally great. Sometimes it?s just achy limbs (arms especially). Sometimes it is just a fairly bad headache that I cannot shift. Since the first time of being sick, I?ve had a few days of having an upset tummy. Sometimes I feel sick but its more of a ?I?m so hungry it hurts? kind of sick. But when I eat something it makes me feel worse rather than better.
Do you think it?s just a viral thing / a bug, or should I be booking a doctors appointment? I don?t want to waste time there only to be told its viral and to rest

As it's been going on for so long with no improvement, I think you should see the doctor with it. If it was viral I wouldn't have thought it would have lasted for such a long time.

shall book myself in to the docs then

There is so much going around at the moment. To be honest it can't hurt to get checked out at the doc anyway, but I would imagine its more likely to be virfal. I know of a few people who have just felt under the weather for a good few weeks now but nothing major

I dont think its anything major, just fed up feeling under the weather. And I could do without the pains in my tummy as well, not so much a stabbing pain but more of a gripping/squeezing pain. Sigh!

Do you think your symptoms might be caused by stress?

ELF1981 · 08/12/2006 20:45

I'm not feeling particularly stressed at the mo but we've had a bad time recently, was burgled and also had car broken into.
