belgo · 06/12/2006 17:16

Well if there is then I've got it ... I'm also feeling a bit sick, but no other symptoms.

piglit · 06/12/2006 17:17

Yup. It's called "children-itis". I've had it for a couple of years now. It lasts for about 18 years I believe.

6beetrootsAmilking · 06/12/2006 17:18

it's called winter. or SAD.

purplemonkeydasheranddancer · 07/12/2006 09:50

i'm the same too. getting more sleep than usual but feeling waaaayyy more tired. sadly ds still has alll his energy...

ThrockenAroundTheChristmasTree · 07/12/2006 09:50

the low light levels don't help - a good dose of bright sunshine would improve things.

NotQuiteCockney · 07/12/2006 09:51

I had this for a while, lots of sleep, waking up tired, and last night I became properly ill and am lounging on the sofa feeling fluey. I'm hoping this is it, and the tired thing will go away.

MrsChristmasboo · 07/12/2006 09:53

We are all like it here. Also now have nasty colds and feeling sick/dizzy/knackered!
Apparently its this years 'winter bug'. Nice.

purplemonkeydasheranddancer · 07/12/2006 09:53

so we have some vomiting to look forward too then? great.

NotQuiteCockney · 07/12/2006 09:59

Oh, no, sorry, when I say "sick", I just mean ill, not throwing up. North American usage.

We do all seem to have a bit of a tummy bug too (yummy!) but I think it's a different thing, as others in the house have the tummy bug, but I'm the only one who's ill. (does ill mean vomiting too?)

6beetrootsAmilking · 07/12/2006 10:11

we don't have any other symptoms.- I think d is down becasue of work and this is making him tired and stressed =
